Each All Access Dental office has a caring and highly trained staff. It takes great teamwork to serve our patients and we have assembled a professional staff that combines expertise, experience & efficiency with the warm personal touch that our patients have come to expect.

Chief Clinical Officer:

Patrick Mascarenas D.D.S., M.D. S.

Patrick Mascarenas D.D.S., M.D. S. is a practicing prosthodontist (crown and bridge expert) with over 15 years experience. Dr. Mascarenhas known affectionately by his patients and colleagues as Dr. Patrick, is a New York University trained dentist who completed his studies in complex dentistry specializing in Prosthodontics and as well as completing a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Patrick serves on the Faculty, Dept of Reconstructive Dentistry New York University College of Dentistry in NYC.

Dr. Patrick is a firm believer that all members of society should have access to comprehensive dental services and is dedicating his career to overseeing the development of All Access Dental a dental practice with multiple locations throughout the greater NYC metro area and Hudson Valley region whose mission is to serve patients regardless of age and income levels. Throughout his career Dr. Patrick has received numerous awards for his abilities as well as received a number of grants for his research interests. Dr. Patrick holds an active dental license in New York and New Jersey. He is affiliated with the American Dental Association and the American College of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Patrick is an avid traveler and particularly enjoys trips that involve hiking and canoeing.

Independent Contractor: Peggy Fard, D.D.S.

Peggy Fard, D.D.S.

Dr. Peggy Fard is an experienced pediatric dentist with over 2 years in practice.  She is a graduate of Cal Poly University in Luis Obispo. Dr. Peggy completed her dental training at UCLA School of Dentistry and advanced pediatric training at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Society of Dentistry for Children.

Junho Jung, D.D.S.

Dr. Junho Jung, known affectionately by his patients and the All Access Dental team, as Dr. JJ provides our patients with advanced dental implant services, cosmetic procedures and general dentistry services. Dr. Jung is an experienced dentist with close to 10 years in practice.  He completed his dental training at New York University, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1998. He continues to deepen his expertise, taking advanced courses in Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Prosthodontics at NYU. Dr. JJ is fluent in English and Korean. He is an avid scuba diver and a proud husband and father.

Anneli Stanton, D.D.S.

Dr. Anneli Stanton provides our patients with general family dentistry, restorative and endodontics services in our Germantown office. She completed her dental training at New York University, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1982. Dr. Stanton's extensive work experience includes her own family care practice in Pomona, NY as well as having worked abroad in Henavesi, Finland and Florence, Italy. Dr. Stanton is happily married with two children. She is fluent in English, Finnish and Italian.

Silvia Bedin, D.D.S.

Dr. Silvia Bedin graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2002.  She continued her education in advanced general dentistry (AEGD). Dr. Bedin primarily focuses on minimally invasive and highly esthetic dentistry along with prevention of periodontal disease.  Her practice is dedicated to personalized smile design and overall dental health.  She believes that an attractive and healthy smile boosts the patient’s self-assurance and enhances interaction with others.

Patient’s comfort is Dr. Bedin’s priority.  She takes time to listen to her patient’s concerns and dental needs as well as to discuss diagnosis and treatment options.  She believes in prevention, education and gentle dentistry with a special desire of empowering her patients to make the best decisions concerning their oral health. Owen Fox D.M.D.

Dr. Fox Graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1983. He has been practicing for 25 years in various clinics and institutions.  Along with working at All Access Dental he also has a private practice in Manhattan.  Dr. Fox is interested in all aspects of General Dentistry.  He is looking forward to transitioning into the later stages of career.  In his free time Dr. Fox enjoys golf and scuba diving.  Dr. Fox volunteers doing dental work in Central America.   He is a member AGD Academy of General Dentistry. 

Management Team

Chief Operations Officer:

Karina Intriago Gonzalez has been involved in Dental-related business endeavors for over 10 years. Prior to working in the dental field Karina was employed as an administrator and teacher for education programs focusing on children with special needs. She also built a solid reputation in the managed care arena overseeing contracting and network development and HR functions for large HMO plans including Fidelis Care. Uniting her multiple skills sets, she became the Chief Operating Officer for Urban Dental Management in the mid-90s overseeing: Utilization Management, Quality Assurance/Improvement, Credentialing, Network Development, Human Resources and Finance. Under her tenure she expanded Urban Dental management's network into multiple states increasing gross revenues by 65%.

In 2002, Karina incorporated Prizm healthcare management, a dental management services company which had been contracted with Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY to manage their hospital-based dental clinics. Currently Karina serves as the C.O.O. for All Access Dental the company that acquired the Northern Dutchess Hospital dental clinics as well as other dental centers throughout the greater NYC metro area. Katrina also serves as the Vice-Chair for the Manhattan-Staten Island Area Health Education Center (MSI AHEC). Katrina graduated from Hunter College with a B. S. in Business Management and a minor in Special Education.

Manager of Operations:

Tracey Sikula has been part of the AllAccessDental team (formerly, Northern Dutchess Hospital's Dental facilities) since 2004, She started as an Office Coordinator and has since proven to become an integral part of our team. Tracey helps to overseeing the day-to-day operations of our five Hudson Valley offices, ensuring complete patient satisfaction.
