Director of Operations:
Lisa Szydlow is a physician practice management specialist. In addition to her work for All Access Dental she is a health care consultant with Szydlow & Foster LLC and is often retained to provide operations and management services. Lisa has extensive experience managing health care organizations in the hospital service sector as well as over seeing staff in the managed care industry. Lisa has worked for a number of large hospitals including New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC as well as Manhattan Eye and Ear in NYC. A substantial portion of her career has focused on developing and managing contract negotiation teams for managed care providers, particularly Beech Street PPO.

A “roll up her sleeves” individual, Lisa’s attention to detail has enabled her clients to gain immediate returns on her efforts in operations, AR and vendor negotiations. Active in the greater Poughkeepsie, NY community, Lisa serves as Chair of the Parents Committee and a member of the Gala Committee for the Dutchess County Jewish Community Center. She also manages the Tiny Temple children’s program for Vassar Temple. Lisa received her BS from Cornell University in Human Service Studies and her Masters in Health Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, Lisa focuses on her family involving her husband and three young children in numerous outdoor activities including canoeing, camping and hiking.
