VP Business Development:
Kenneth Szydlow is a health care marketing and planning strategist. In addition to his work for All Access Dental he is the managing partner for Szydlow & Foster, LLC a health care consulting company. Ken previously worked as Vice President for Business Development at Health Quest, a diversified health system based in Poughkeepsie, New York, which includes Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Northern Dutchess Hospital, and Putnam Hospital, as well as a long-term care facility and several affiliated entities. Ken was responsible for developing new business ventures aimed at increasing revenue. He developed the physician recruitment, marketing and planning departments for the health system. Previously, Ken held several marketing and planning positions with hospitals located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network, Elizabeth General Medical Center, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Cornell University, Ken completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in health care management from Duke University. Ken is a member of many business associations, including: the American Academy of Medical Management, the American Marketing Association and the Society for Health Care Planning and Marketing, and the National Association of Physician Recruiters. Active in community organizations, he serves as a board member of the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce, the Dutchess County Jewish Community Center and Vassar Temple. He also serves on the City of Poughkeepsie's Marketing Council.

Ken was a recent recipient of the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce’s Top 40 Under 40 award recognizing his work in the Hudson Valley’s business and social service community.
An active photographer, Ken enjoys traveling with his wife and three young children and making them the subjects of his photographs.
